Lukas has worked with a plethora of national & international companies across Australia and Asia-Pacific over the last 20 years. He brings a wealth of experience to his client interactions, providing an unrivalled perspective and edge in their representation.

Internationally, he spent 11 years in Shanghai working with Colliers & JLL, representing the markets’ most high-profile occupiers.

In Australia, Lukas has worked as a Director with the JLL Corporate Solutions team in Brisbane and more recently spent five and a half years as Senior Director with CBRE in a national tenant representation role based in Sydney.

Lukas has since returned to his hometown in Brisbane to establish the business and leverage his extensive experience with local organisations.

Daniel has 19 years of experience as an investment analyst across a range of fields, including commercial property and the equity & bond markets.

Daniel provided investment analyst consulting services to a number of commercial property organisations in the Brisbane and Sydney market.

Previous roles include:

  • An equity research analyst at Goldman Sachs in Sydney.
  • An investment analyst and portfolio manager for a Brisbane-based family office, supporting the family’s investments across commercial property, equities, bonds and directly owned businesses.
  • An analyst at Trident Corporation, a Brisbane-based commercial property investment company, where Daniel was responsible for investment feasibility studies for all property transactions considered by Trident.
